Well, not for the man behind India’s Mitticool fridge, Mansukh Prajapati — he’s taking a few steps back in time. His three-chamber storage unit is made of mud to keep items cool in India’s hot climate.
How is this any different from the old-school clay shelves my Aaji used to use? Oh right, it has a fancy label.
